Dr. John is amazing with all 3 of children and will continue to go to him till they are 18. The front of house staff is even better Jamie is always helpful and professional. She has the voice of Fergie and Jesus as well as the work ethic of 1940’s steel worker making triple time and half.
My children have been going to Pediatric Dental Center of North Idaho since 2016. Ukich and his staff have always been compassionate and understanding. They take the time to get to know their patients and families. They make attending the dentist fun for kids instead of frightening. My daughter suffers from severe anxiety and they always take their time and make her feel safe and her laughter can be heard from the waiting area. My oldest child is 17 years old and we've been going to this office from day one. The whole office staff is amazing they've been there through difficult processes and easy ones as well they go out of your way to help you however they can. My children enjoy the environment and the specialty treatment that they give the children.
The dentist himself it’s absolutely amazing. He was my dentist when I was a child so I brought my son back to him. My son needed to have oral surgery and the receptionist named Jamie was extremely rude during this difficult time. Every encounter after that has also been very negative with the same receptionist! I am not usually one to leave a bad review but I do believe his office would be so much more successful without this specific staff member! She treats me very bad every time I call.
The doctor is excellent, but the ladies in the reception are so aggressive. I’ve never seen a aggressive person like them.
