Dr.Porter is a great Dr. He truly cares about his patients and never makes you feel like you are over reacting. He is patient and my kids never complain about going. They know that he will be very nice and when they leave he always makes sure that he does what he can to make them feel better. Also the specialist that he refers you to are also top notch. Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does the pediatrician get upset when you seek a second opinion? Not at all. Was this pediatrician friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
My kids have been seeing Dr. Porter for several years. He is just what you would hope a pediatrician would be. And his staff obviously reflect his professional philosophy.
Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They sent me a letter asking me to find another physician because they aren't comfortable with non vaxing/minimal vaxing. I would not recommend Dr. Porter unless you keep up with all the vaccines.
