Thorough initial consult/eval and explanation. Great "bedside" manner and explains things at customer level. Well informed of current trends and options. Office staff is friendly, flexible, and efficient, and the option of various locations is convenient. Long term care plan is superb and dedicated. Pricing is appropriate, and the office works with you on alternate payment arrangements as needed. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Napolitano is an excellent doctor. He is so wonderful, in fact, that I drive an hour and a half, one way, to see him for my daughter's orthodontic care. He is gentle, calm, patient and extremely caring. He is terrific with children. My daughter has never voiced any anxiety about going to her appointments because she trusts Dr. Napolitano.
