Their appointment scheduler let me get all the way through with scheduling an appointment for my child just to call me back and tell me and i quote “oh no he can’t come here” (VERY DISTASTEFUL!) Because my Child is not vaccinated due to religious reasons. You would think that’s something she would have double checked first if she wasn’t certain, instead of wasting my time and letting me go all the way through with scheduling an appointment!
Everyone in the office was so kind to my children. The attention and quality of care was great.
The front desk ladies are amazing and always smiling and so nice every time.
Healthcare for Children has been our pediatrician for almost 7 years and we've had such a great experience. Recently, they have lost three of their main doctors. I was a bit concerned but have since had three great experiences with their new Nurse Practitioners. They were very interested in what I as a parent wanted and were absolutely phenomenal. Be cautious and ask lots of questions or you’ll be challenged! Be mindful of how coding is done to your visit. You need to educate yourself on the complexity of your child’s visit to know how you will be billed. If you make a payment to then you need to ask for a billing specialist to make certain you have not pending charges to your account.
