Office staff wouldn't set up an appointment, waited 3 weeks...no call back from dr. Briggs. All I needed was a psych eval. For surgery..my surgeon even sent a refural over...nothing. office staff rude. Because of this I now have to pay out of pocket to have this done as he was the only one left that my insurance covered. Also put my surgery off while I find a new doctor. So unprofessional. Waist of time really.
