Great doctor who truly listens and so caring
My issue is with how much the NWA system has deteriorated. This location can't keep any employee's. Why are patients REQUIRED to check in online, confirming all info, only to have the front desk repeat all questions. Its so frustrating, do one or the other. In Jan 2025 my primary insurance changed, it took this office 6 months to get a PA for my medication. That ended up costing me over $500.
