Laura Duc needs to be replaced. Her communication style and lack of follow up are terrible. She cannot get things done...except for fining the homeowners. They do that really well
Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures on their web site of their communities. Once you buy in you will be aggravated by their management teams. Make sure you look at who is managing your neighborhood before buying in. We are so disappointed with Laura Duc and Matthew Bennett
