Dr. Porter is very friendly and listens to my concerns and suggests the proper care.

Terrible substandard care. No one ever answers the phones, cannot leave messages. Worse attempt at care ever. Close the practice if patients are too much trouble for you
I need to reschedule an appt. Tried every ext given upon calling telephone number and each ext given is invalid. My # 659-7356 local.
Dr. Porter may be good doctor but his front office staff members are very rude and disrespectful to his patients. The front office female staff members place a hindrance on patients from receiving adequate care from Dr. Porter by not returning messages for medications, showing improper conduct when patients request to leave a message and schedule appointments with Dr. Porter.
He is patient, knowledgeable and listened to me. I had a knee injection and it was the least painful ever. After a few days the soreness from the injection was gone and pain relief at least 70% and that's good for one needing knee replacement
