The first property we bought and closed with this firm in 2021, the lawyer Cristina made a mistake on the paperwork that could have cost us over $20K. I read everything, so I caught the mistake and made her fix it. Do not use this firm.
Had closing few months back, was working with Christina Communication was extremely poor there was no way for me to reach her over the phone, never return my calls. Also transparency for the fees was missed that end up costing me more and make me work with someone that I was not satisfied with from the very beginning.

Really bad experience from beginning to end. The lawyer didn’t help at all, instead they’re actually the reason why our closing was delayed and we were financially penalized by the builder. Nothing is explained to you and everything is put on to the clerk who also doesn’t explain anything further - just reiterates statements in lawyer jargon.
