An incredibly unprofessional group. Don't be fooled by how fast they respond to initial quote requests. When we needed John's time, he was highly reluctant to help, and you don't want to be tied to someone like him for the biggest purchase of your life. They hit us with hidden fees that were much higher than competing quotes. They also created an unnecessary last-minute rush, despite having two weeks to respond to the bank, they waited until the closing date and claimed it was our responsibility. The first property we bought and closed with this firm in 2021, the lawyer Cristina made a mistake on the paperwork that could have cost us over $20K. I read everything, so I caught the mistake and made her fix it. Do not use this firm.
Had closing few months back, was working with Christina Communication was extremely poor there was no way for me to reach her over the phone, never return my calls. Also transparency for the fees was missed that end up costing me more and make me work with someone that I was not satisfied with from the very beginning.
