Moved my son’s care to Orlando health after having been with Nemours primary for years and not being very happy with the Waterford (former tlc) pediatricians office. There are some doctors who have that personality and presence that makes them great pediatricians, Dr Pinson is one of them. I’m grateful to have found this practice for Sean.
We visited Dr. Pinson for the first time because our original pediatrician didn’t have any available appointments. From the moment we met him, we could tell he is passionate about his work. He took his time to answer all of our questions thoroughly and demonstrated a deep knowledge of pediatric care. His enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism made a great first impression on us. We felt confident in his expertise and decided to make him our child’s permanent pediatrician.
We met with Dr Pinson throughout the first 4 months since my child's birth. He was very kind and enthusiastic. Overall great experience. Answered all our anxious first time parent questions with patience and expertise. He's great but unfortunately we left the area and need to find someone closer. The office has a little bit of a wait which is always expected.
When my 14 year old son has to spend hours in the ER because the doctor he saw literally could not care less about his headache that became UNBEARABLE hours after seeing him. He didnt; test him for meningitis or tumor or anything. HE didnt even call us back before we went to the ER. Can you imagine the fear we had? This office is a joke.
I’ve been bringing my kids here for 10 years and I always feel confident knowing my children’s needs will be met
