As always, professional treatment rendered in all areas. However the wait time was extremely long, nearly one hour, never this bad. Expect it was staffing or delays in lab work, or just very busy, yet no reason was offered. Please communicate better.
Very professional and thorough
I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time as directed. I was immediately checked in and after completing the required paperwork was shown to the changing room. I was able to put my belongings in a locker, locked with a key I retained. After the mammogram I gathered my belongings, changed and departed—20 minutes after arriving. Very efficient operation.
Dr. Phelan goes over the top. Excellent care.
