Dr. Phelan and his nurse are top notch! This will be my 9th year as a patient. Dr. Phelan is always professional, kind and I have never felt rushed ever! I appreciate his very in depth knowledge as well as his ability to listen and interact on treatments and other issues. In addition, he does not make you feel inferior, on matter what questions or topics you raise. I enjoy talking with him and trust his decisions between visits that I have the best possible care.
