Dr Phelan is very patient and has explained everything thoroughly.
Dr.Phelan is the only doctor I will wait hours for my appointment. I have had him as my oncologist for over 10 years. I like to say that he keeps me alive. He takes his time with every patient to answers their questions. He is brilliant and such a thoughtful and knowledgeable person. The only fault he has is not taking care of himself and working too hard. You should count yourself lucky to get him as your oncologist.
