I saw this dr several years ago! Although actually I didn’t! I have been hit by 3 trucks and ten cars! Had many falls severe prior and since. In the summer of 2017 my dr of almost 20 years was retired! So I searched for a new pain dr! Like another explained! I had to go there, I had to fill out all this paper work! Pay 100$ in cash! VERY BAD SERVICE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE ONLY HANG UP ON THE CALL ON ONE, I WAS CALLING FROM A MEDICAL OFFICE TO REQUEST DR'S NPI. GIRARD THE FIRST THING THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED ME SAID WAS THAT HE DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS AN NPI WHEN I EXPLAINED TO HIM HE HANGED UP I CALLED AGAIN AND HANGED UP AGAIN REALLY THEY LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM THEY NEED TO GIVE BETTER TRAINING, IF THEY TREAT PATIENTS THEN NO MORE WILL BE SENT TO YOU BY OUR PART (BADLY EDUCATED)
I have been a patient of Dr. Girard for years and have been treated with the utmost care. I couldn't recommend a greater doctor, and his team is efficient, detailed, and caring.
