We had an appointment scheduled for a biopsy to see if my grandmother has skin cancer. We were 8 min late but informed the office before the scheduled time and was told we could be seen as long as we were there within 14 min of the scheduled time. After checking in, we wait 15 min to be told the doctor won’t see you. My grandmother has had 2 strokes and requires assistance in addition I have to find childcare for my child so that I’m able to take her, the doctor was far from compassionate which is what healthcare is.
Dr. Pennington has taken care of my daughter on 2 separate occasions. Very caring and hopes above and beyond to answer questions.
