Jordan is so awesome, she is great with color, she is patient and kind. I thought my color would only take a few hours, it took over 5 hours and she was patient and completed everything so I was looking great when I left. What a great team they have at this salon.

Worst communication ever – I wanted to get my daughter a perm and called around to a few different studios to find the best price. John Pauls was not the closest to my house but since they quoted me a better price I thought it would be worth my time. Boy, was I wrong. When I called they told me that perms are 40 dollars and that the cut was included in the price. Worst customer service experience – Although the stylist was friendly, she was extremely inexperienced. I asked for a trim that turned into a complete hack job. I left there in tears. My hair was completely uneven and choppy. I went to a different salon where the stylest was very knowledgable and honest that my hair was so beyond hope that my mid level length now needed to become a bob to salvage any hope in wearing it down. Best salon in Roy! – If you want to get some great extra's like the best shampoo & head message you'll ever experience, treats & drinks ( ALL, NO CHARGE), John Paul's is the place to relax and feel pampered for a very reasonable price. Every service I recieved seemed to extend to the 10th degree. They have a vested interest in ensuring your experience is just what you hoped for.
