Dr. Kelada has been my PCP for over 5 years now. He makes me feel heard and always takes my concerns seriously. He truly cares for his patients and has made a huge difference in my life. He helped me find answers when other doctors simply blamed weight/anxiety. I don't feel rushed with him and we can usually cover multiple concerns in an appointment. Very unprofessional office. This office constantly makes mistakes. They have gotten a neurology referral wrong twice now, and each time I have to call them and let them know of their mistakes. I've been trying to get this appointment scheduled for 3 weeks now, but still haven't been able to due to this office's mistakes. They don't even have toilet seat covers. Their equipment such as weight scales and blood pressure cuff are just home versions, the same as what you have at home.
