Very unprofessional office. This office constantly makes mistakes. They have gotten a neurology referral wrong twice now, and each time I have to call them and let them know of their mistakes. I've been trying to get this appointment scheduled for 3 weeks now, but still haven't been able to due to this office's mistakes. They don't even have toilet seat covers. Their equipment such as weight scales and blood pressure cuff are just home versions, the same as what you have at home.
I have had the worst experience as a patient with this office. The Drs seems nice, but they dont listen to you which results in feeling like they dont care and you are just a number to them. There is always a training Dr that sees you first so you are explaining yourself twice. The front office staff is rude, and they NEVER answer the phones or return voicemails. If you have private insurance they will Nickle and Dime you and charge for everything. DO NOT COME HERE TURN AWAY.
