The aid Jessica is the only reason why I’m back at this company. Fraudulently billing 4 years ago with patient on home care & billing DME under hospice services. Discharged us 3 years ago with NOTHING. No dr in place, no equipment, nothing. Jen in the office is a nightmare. She is bringing this company down even more. Ron, PT and Johnny, RN were both excellent in providing treatment and support during my immediate post op recovery from Right Total Knee Arthroplasty. Everything from speaking with LaDonna at the very beginning through discharge went great.
My brother had major surgery in October, & John Paul admitted him for Nursing/PT/OT/Aide services. He received assistance with bathing, his wounds healed, & he regained his strength to the point where he didnt need his walker any more. I cant thank this company enough for their dilligence, work ethic, & overall care towards my brother & our family!
Mohammed Saleem was my therapist starting a week after TKR in April 2026.I was fearful of the exercise process but Mohammed explained the process and goals. He is kind and patient. He also helped me Practice getting in and out of the Tub/Shower. I start Outpatient PT soon and he had given me a great start. Thanks again Mohammed. It was a pleasure working with you.
