The service was smooth no hassle. Called once the service was completed. The staff offered to take me back to work or where ever I would like to go.
Dropped car in for not starting, was contacted by the service department and was treated very poorly and was hung up on by the service advisor, after paying $180.00 to tell me that the battery is low, when I brought the car there.being a mechanic for 45 years and a service manager for 20 years When are staff going to understand who pays there wages, so they now have lost a customer plus others I tell. So I am going to update this car in three months, and not in Port Macquarie.
If you’re in the market for an Isuzu you cannot go past these guys! I have bought 2 DMax’s from here, coming all the way from Sydney should give a good indication of what honest, fair and friendly service you will receive. Mark Deutscher will bend over backwards and go the extra mile to ensure you have a hassle free, stress free and pleasant experience buying your next car.
