I have been going to Parks Auto for many many years. Couldn't ask for a better place to go to. They are very honest and never try to sell you on services that you don't need. They are very friendly and display wonderful Christian values.
A catalytic converter needed to be replaced on my 2009 Chevy Malibu. I contacted Parks Auto and the secretary and Landon made it a smooth process from start to finish. They even accommodated me by taking my payment over the phone and allowing me to pick my car up at a later date than I originally planned to without charging me extra.
