Parks Auto is a 5 Star car place. I love going there, I had a giftcard recently, used it for my oil change. I love it here, it's clean, very nice, the staff and owner are excellent. The only place I will go to now in Fort Wayne. Plus, my mom, and grandma Margie goes here. Truly is The Best car place in Fort Wayne.
I am a repeat customer of Parks Auto. It's hard to find a shop that exemplifies integrity and fair pricing. Parks Auto checks both boxes. I trust the owner, Landon, for his word and his work.
Older car, noise reduction from power steering/ belt. Landon replaced the p/s fluid and warranty out the belt. Keeps our cars on the road. Thanks
Parks is so honest and does what needs to be done that’s it. When I picked up my car, Landon popped out and said “ you needed a new battery” I knew it was true or they wouldn’t have replaced it. Peace of mind and trust
