Very Professional, along with a staff that attends to knowledgeable information.
I’ve been going to Dr Papale for over 20 years. There is no one (in my opinion) better anywhere. He has cared for me thru cataracts and a horrible case of an eye ulcer. He came to the office when he was headed out on vacation and checked me and made sure I got in with a retina specialist before he left on a Saturday. That kind of dedication and care is rare and I’m so lucky to be a benefactor of his great skills and compassion and dedication
Staff was great. Had an afternoon appointment and was called in within 5 minutes. Exam was for Cataract evaluation and took 2 hrs as scheduled and seemed to be pretty thorough. My only complaint is the evaluation is only good for 3 months and between my schedule and doctors both eye surgeries couldn’t be fit in that timeframe (each eye is done 2 weeks apart) so now I have to come back and do the evaluation again. Surgery should be scheduled when the evaluation is so this doesn’t happen.
Great service, knowledgeable, friendly, makes you feel you are in safe hands.
