DO NOT go to this clinic! They will not keep their word about appointments and timelines or treatment plan. I was left hanging by cancelling my appointment a few times to get a crown replaced. Very disorganized! I saw a person walk out and shouting “Do not go here!” I should have listened. I ended up going to a different clinic to resolve my issue. Do not waste your money here. I went to Dr Panzek's office as I need a dental work done including dentures. They took my teeth out gave me dentures that do not fit at all and won't do a thing to replace them fix them or even answer their phones. Doctor is a phony and stay away. On top of which they use dentist that were not in network without telling me so I had to pay $7,000 for my dentures of which I'll never get back and have to have new ones made
After 3 months of going back for them to get it right ( A partial they were making for me). I had an appt today, got there, and doors are locked, and sign on door saying permanently closed due to situation with the owners!! I paid for my partial IN FULL! Now I can't get them! This place had the WORST customer service, though they were nice enough. But the office almost NEVER answered the phone, and had a revolving door of different dentists. Of course there's no answer now. I'm ready to contact Channel 6 news. I'm DONE!
100% do not recommend. This office literally is the worst customer service ever. They are unprofessional and beyond infuriating. They have wasted 8 plus hours of my time, and they 100% DO NOT Care! Whatever you do, please find a different dental office. I was scheduled for an exam and a cleaning. When it was time for my cleaning, I was told the hygentist left and would be back.
