Fantastic service. Called today for what we thought was a minor issue - a/c guy had been out today, said the problem upstairs was actually electrical and he didn’t do that. Fair enough. Called Palmers. They sent a guy shortly after I called and I’m very glad they did! Long story short, it was NOT a simple fix and actually a safety issue. Those poor guys were fixing it for around four hours today, but they got it done!! So glad they did, and now the air in our daughter’s room isn’t 15° warmer than the rest of the house.
