First time I had a need for plumbing services, reached out to more than 4 companies and John Padilla Plumbing was the only one that replied right away, such great customer service in understanding my needs and flexibility in scheduling an assessment. It all started with flushing my patio drain in order to prepare for El Niño. What seemed like something simple turned into a huge job. It wasn’t just a explanation of what was happening but they actually put cameras in my pipes to show me what I was facing. The job took roughly 3 days. They showed up on time and explained everything they had planned for the day. I wish I remembered all of their names, but Gabriel and his entire team took care of me and I appreciate their help and professionalism.

This is my second 5 star review of John Padilla Plumbing Heating and Air. Last month I was very happy with their plumbing services, and this review is for the HVAC. The technician, Hunter, came out to check my HVAC system and he was at my house for 4 hours!! My old system was 17 years old and after a very thorough assessment, Hunter determined that it needed to be replaced. I received excellent service for a water leak repair under my sink. My technician, Alejandro was professional, timely and provided great communication. Turned out I needed seals replaced and piping set back in place under disposal that had slid down from coupler, he didn’t try to upsell me which I greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this company. I will be using them for all future plumbing repairs.

Excellent customer service from Adam and a professional install from Corey. They treated me and my home with respect. The A/C cools better than I expected. I would definitely recommend these guys to take care of your home.
