I called this company to have a whole house water filtration system installed. They set up an appointment for the next day to come check the place and to give me an estimate. The next morning I received a text message confirming the appointment. After that I received another text telling me that Arnold will be at my place within 30 minutes. Updating my review because the company did come out and remedy the situation. Giving back 3 stars because even though it had been 2 years since the original work the GM called me and was himself very upset. You can see the difference in how the pipes were initially installed to how they look now. It has an appropriate slope to the sewer, seems to be attached with new hardware and all is well. Michael M replaced the cartridge in my shower fixture to fix several leaks instead of replacing everything which would have been far more expensive. It saved a lot of money and built trust! He was attentive to the details, and even without the manufacturer and brand name he was able to find the right part! And he did it same day- Padilla Plumbing was very responsive!

We reached out to John Padilla Plumbing on a Friday morning - hoping they could come help us before the holiday weekend begun.
