Recently, I needed to have a toilet AND a garbage disposal replaced, so I contacted John Padilla Plumbing, as my previous plumber had not quite met my expectations. The plumber assigned to the project (Brandon) was very cordial and professional, and he thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Had an emergency plumbing issue, couldn’t get the water on due to a broken stem on the main shut-off valve. Kendall showed up within 20 mins and was quick to complete the job. Extremely professional, he explained exactly what he was going to do before he did it.

Lendale was incredible, super helpful, assessed the leaks we had, and fixed them extremely fast. He was super friendly and very grateful for his work. He even went above and beyond and cleaned all around the toilet and bathroom to leave the space tidy. Will be calling them for all of our plumbing issues moving forward!

Due to previous experiences, I have been too cautious every time I have to get some work done on my property but John Padilla Plumbing Sewer and Drains made me so confident to work with them after seeing how excellent their services are and the quality of work done. They went above and beyond my expectations. Additionally, Adam Washousky was very helpful and receptive to all my concerns. He made me feel I was in good hands.

Excellent professional and efficient service by Jalen Lewis from John Padilla plumbing to fix a pipe leak and install new hardware to prevent it from happening again, and to also replace the pipe to connect a new drain.
