Great service was given by Alejandro M. he checked all of our drains and helped to clean them out, checked water pressure, and tested our water quality. He was very professional, on feb 16th, he deserves 5 stars! We were so impressed, that we scheduled an appointment for my parents and another unit the following week, expecting the same service. John Padilla plumbing is so great. This is the second time they’ve helped me out. The plumber assigned to this case was Christopher D to address a leak from an angle stop valve. Christopher arrived at the proposed time and provided a heads up call before heading my way. He was very courteous and just had a wonderful attitude and was ready to help me out. Our water heater suddenly stopped working in the morning, and with kids in the house we needed hot water fast. Called John Padilla and they had a tech out the same afternoon. He walked us through the options, recommended a reliable replacement that fit our budget, and had everything installed and tested by the end of the day. Super clean job, no mess left behind, and the new heater is working great. Honest pricing and really nice guys. Will definitely use them again.
