Needed a full water heater swap after ours started making weird noises and leaking a bit. John Padilla came out, assessed it, and gave us a couple solid options without pushing the most expensive one. We went with the mid-range tank and they installed it professionally in just a few hours. Everything works perfectly now, endless hot showers again! The team was friendly, respectful of the house, and cleaned up thoroughly. Best plumbing experience we've had.

Another great experience with John Padilla plumbing. My dude Chris Dohrer came out for a tankless water heater flush. In the meantime he did a full plumbing inspection and gave me some good advice and recommendations for preventative maintenance. My dog, Waldo, was a huge fan of Chris as well. Super happy with my decision to go with Padilla!!! We needed someone out on like a really short notice but these guys are ON IT. Really easy to talk to, they were in and out of the house within the same hour and fixed the leak professionally. the office lady even followed up with us to see if everything is alright. thanks guys !
