Very knowledgeable and friendly service from Dr Ross and staff.
I’m extremely pleased with the care I received with Dr Ross. He was professional, efficient and very knowledgeable while being very pleasant and caring.
I just had my last visit with Dr. John Ross. Broke my wrist from falling down during the nite going to the. bathroom. Good up to fast & lost my balance & fell on rhe bedroom floor. Went to Primary Doctor walk in service desk & was referred to IB& J Doctor John Ross as an emergency patient . Within an hour I met with Dr. Ross . He took immediate X-rays & confirmed I broke my wrist & would need surgery to repair it. He said his schedule showed a cancellation for a surgery 2 days later. I recently had a surgical procedure on my left shoulder by Dr. Ross. I was extremely pleased with the whole process. Dr. Ross clearly explained the procedure and answered all of my questions. His knowledge and caring attitude was greatly appreciated. Excellent care by his staff, too.
