They were very sympathetic to my situation. I was there for an emergency procedure and they took me right in. The staff was friendly, the dental assistant was great and the Dr. took time in explaining to me my options. I had a tooth extracted (which had decayed and was infected so it was not an easy extraction) and two implants put in. There was very little swelling or pain after the Novocain wore off. He did a good job. I would recommend him.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
Dr. Lupori and his staff were wonderful. I was actually a cash patient and felt the price of the surgery was incredibly reasonable, especially for the high level of care I received both before and after. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
