I am a customer at First Republic Wealth Management Bank. In the process of refinancing 9 of my apartment buildings, I had an inappropriate experience with Kenny Appraisal in Santa Barbara. I have been a Real Estate broker in Santa Barbara for 40 plus years and have owned a thousand units in Texas and Santa Barbara. My service from Kenny Appraisal was inappropriate and I have canceled their services on my 9 buildings and requested First Republic to sever their relationship.
