This was the most ignorant, entitled medical professional I have ever came across in my entire life! I thought my appt was for today so to confirm, I thought I would call. I said "Hi, I can't for the life of me remember what time my sons appt was for. Can you check that for me?" The male on the phone says, "What's the name?..(Name) "oh you missed that appt". Secretary is not the most pleasant. Needs to be told about attitude.
After the rudest phone call I ever had I would never refer this office to anyone. Any time Dr Jurta came to my appointment he was kind and caring, easy to talk to. While looking into an issue about a claim not going through to my insurance I called the insurance office who called Dr Jurta’s office only to find out that the wrong insurance was on file. I visit John at the Berwick office. Cool dude and awesome to deal with. Highly recommend him!
Dr jurta is a nice man but his secretary is nasty to patients well she was to me. I was sick and missed a appointment and she basically told me I have to wait 2 weeks. And I am in excruciating pain!
