Horrible experience with this guy! I now suffer from medical ptsd from his lack of explanation of what I was to expect during surgery and I will refuse any medical treatment from now on.
Dr. Cowley gave me my epidural before I had my first child and I didn’t feel a thing! I barely even felt the numbing shot. He was gentle, friendly and made sure I was comfortable. If I have another child I hope Dr. Cowley is on call!
