We have been patients of Dr. A for many, many years. He is wonderful. He takes his profession seriously and continues to educate himself on new studies, new procedures, etc. the reviews are correct. It takes time to see him for annual appointments, but if you have an issue during the year, he is there for you. Thank you for taking such great care of our family.
My previous GP retired and I've been seeking a new one for the past few years. I was referred to Dr. Armato by a friend who had great things to say about his practice, except that it takes several months to get in as a new patient. I called in October and was given an appointment for June, but I asked to be put on the waiting list should they have a last minute cancellation they couldn't fill with an existing patient. Dr Armato is a wonderful doctor. The negative reviews are all about how hard it is to get in to see him. It’s hard to get in to see him because he’s wonderful. Full stop.
My prior doctor moved to Concierge care and a friend recommended Dr. Armato. He is accepting new patients--10 months from now. The woman who answered the phone didn't care about the health issues causing me to seek a new GP or that I was specifically referred to him from another doctor in the Providence system.
So I just called to make an appointment, I’m new to the area, and I was just told he doesn’t have an opening for a new PT until Jan 2025
