We have been customers of John Owens Services for about 12 years and have been happy with their services as well as their reliability and honesty. Our recent interaction with William from plumbing was a good example. In response to a recent quote, we had accepted to make changes in our bypass water valves associated with our instant-on hot water system, he came over and convinced us that we did not need to make the changes at this time and, thereby, saved us over $500.
The repairman, David, was on time, pleasant and knowledgable. He quickly identified the problem and repaired it. The cost was reasonable.

Great service. Urgent issue and they were able to arrive within 20 minutes. Needed new water heater and thankfully they had in stock and were able to install same day. Really appreciated Andrew being so thorough and answering all of my questions as well as staying late to complete the install. Would have been a long labor day weekend without hot water! Felt price competitive and did not upsell rather installed only what was needed. Thank you!
The technicians were fast, courteous and hard working! Really nice people. I'm very happy.
