Be very cautious! In October 2005, John Ochoa was hired to put a metal roof on our house and was paid $8,863.50 in advance for the purchase of materials. That is the last we saw of John Ochoa. We hired John Ochoa because he was on Owner Builder Network's (through whom we were building our home) "prefered" subcontractors list. Obviously our trust was misplaced. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND KEEP LOOKING Avoid this company at all costs if you don't want to wait months and months to get something that was promised by him done and if you don't want him to take off with your money and never answer the phone. Just as the first person has had a horrible experience with him, so have we. The first time he came into our home, he sounded like an honest and kind person who layed out a plan for what would be done on the roof. He was paid up front in July and disappeared until September. New roof They replaced our roof in 1995, and did a great job. No Complaints. We called John in July to get a quote. He never called back to look at the job. Sad.
