I had an eye emergency at night, after business hours. Dr. Niffenegger responded to my call and made a special trip to the office to meet me. He performed emergency surgery that night to treat my eye injury. I highly recommend Dr. Niffenegger to anyone in need of expert skills.
Dr niffenegger is a great doctor. But as far as his office staff there is room for improvement. Have had a standing appointment and had the reminder call. At no point in time did they tell me they have moved there office. Then walk in to standing room only at 9am in the morning. Ridiculous no drs office should be that far behind at 9 am in the morning. Wanted to reschedule but no appointments til end of February. That’s why I’m leaving 2 stars. Because you can be a great doctor but your office staff can ruin your business.
