I would NOT recommend this office or Dr. Nevin to anyone. Front Desk Staff: (on the day of) I was greeted with "You were supposed to have your son here a half an hour before his appointment"., Not a hello or smile. When I tried to explain that when their office called to confirm the appointment last week, I explained to them that because of my job and my son being in school that I couldn't be there any earlier. Office never has appointments available and they take forever to pass you to a room. Dr Nevin disregarded the concerns I had of my child and said he looked “fine” then continued to push vaccines on me after I refused a certain one.. then proceeded to say my child was eating too much and should cut down.

So sad to have to leave this review- our 7 year old daughter had an accident at school and broke a bone in her hand when a door was shut on it. Her mother took her to Indio hospital and they recommended an Orthopedic Pediatric specialist in Loma Linda have a look at it but we needed a referral from doctor Nevin. When we called the office and explained the urgent situation, the receptionist said she couldn't be seen there until September-4 months away. The staff was beyond rude the moment we walked it the lady at the front desk was just rude so disrespectful
