Very rude employees. Terrible customer service. Asked for the $40 pedicure was never told there was a $13 upcharge for gel. Normally there is an extra charge for gel polish but $13, really?? Charged $55 for paying with card. When asking female employee to clarify the extra charges she was very rude. Also, male employee spends the entire pedicure watching a show on his phone. No interaction at all. No wonder it’s empty.
Sent my daughter and wife to get there nails done for some mother daughter bonding. They came back complaining the worker was rude and they were over charged and argumentive when they were made aware of them being over charged. I guess they just make their own prices higher anytime they feel like.
Couple pedicure. Very relaxing with my massage chair, but husband's chair didn't work. Will be going back.
Always get me in within a timely manner. Very professional
