From the moment I walked in, I felt very comfortable with the staff. They are so very personable. They explained everything with empathy and patience. Dr. Santin is highly experienced. He communicated expectations and progress. I had a difficult extraction of a tooth that had several cracks on one side and placement of the base for an implant on the other side. Finest doctor and staff you'll ever meet. Superb care, staff polite and go out of their way to make sure you understand everything and are comfortable. Outstanding surgery and post up care! My highest recommendation!
I was very disappointed with my experience at the Fortuna location. I was only informed upon arrival that copies of my daughter’s X-rays were required for her wisdom tooth removal consultation—this should have been clearly communicated ahead of time. To make matters worse, the building’s WiFi was not working, and when I asked the front desk for assistance, the response was unhelpful and came across as rude. UPDATE: BEWARE- they’ve attempt to collect an additional payment. My insurance has a negotiate rate with them and has paid out to them and they attempted to collect that rate from me again. I can only imagine 100s of people just pay them because they assume they’re right. Went in for a consult to remove wisdom teeth. With an extreme fear of dental work found out I wasn’t a candidate for general anesthesia.
