I was very disappointed with my experience at the Fortuna location. I was only informed upon arrival that copies of my daughter’s X-rays were required for her wisdom tooth removal consultation—this should have been clearly communicated ahead of time. To make matters worse, the building’s WiFi was not working, and when I asked the front desk for assistance, the response was unhelpful and came across as rude. UPDATE: BEWARE- they’ve attempt to collect an additional payment. My insurance has a negotiate rate with them and has paid out to them and they attempted to collect that rate from me again. I can only imagine 100s of people just pay them because they assume they’re right. Went in for a consult to remove wisdom teeth. With an extreme fear of dental work found out I wasn’t a candidate for general anesthesia. Dr. Santin was behind phenomenal, I was taken care of very comfortably, nurses were amazing. I would recommend this team to anyone who is either on the fence about getting work done or scared of the dentist. Phenomenal doctor, amazing team I recommend them to anyone
