Fantastic doctor. He listens and gives his full attention to his patients. I followed him back to Cleveland Clinic. I won't go back to another eye doctor after seeing Dr. Mullins.
Dr. Mullins is by far the best doctor period. Just an overall excellent experience each time my entourage family of 6 has gone to see him. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!
