Receptionist is so kind. She stayed on the phone with me with so much patience as she helped me find the quickest new patient appointment across a bunch of different locations and got me in the next day. I did my appointment with a nurse practitioner and she was great, got me all squared up. Plus the location is right next to BART so easy to get to.
Awful place. Rude staff. All the doctors left due to poor management.
This has been my primary care physician's office location for more than 10 years. The highest quality of service and care are offered here. Labcorp also has a facility at this location. Am very grateful for these services in this location. The receiving staff and all staff at JM are consistently professional, caring, efficient and fully engaged in patient care. Seeing the hostile and negative comments and ratings here absolutely does not line up with my experience.
Really incompetent staff!
JMMG in Orinda has become one of the most frustrating and hostile places to seek medical care. The receptionists are often unhelpful or downright hostile when trying to schedule appointments. Its been a real struggle to schedule an initial appt w a new PCP. Had a pit in my stomach when I found out I needed to reschedule because of a work trip that came up.
