Had an excellent experience at John Muir, Concord Medical Center. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive from start to finish. The facility was clean, well-organized, and everyone made the process smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciated the quality care and compassion shown by the medical team. Highly recommend!

In addition to an excellent routine mammogram experience, I need to give a very special shout-out to Bernadeth, a Phlebotomist, who helped me get my front under-bumper off as it came loose while parking. Such a wonderful young woman!
My father fell and injured his knee. His leg started becoming very red. During our first visit to the emergency room, the doctor only ordered an X-ray and an ultrasound. Even though I pointed out that he was developing cellulitis and asked for antibiotics, the doctor said they were not necessary and told us to follow up with the family doctor, since the X-ray and ultrasound results were “normal.” During that time, his leg continued to get redder and worse.
