The medical staff and nurses were very nice and helpful. However, Dr. Laderer was the most unprofessional, disrespectful person I have ever met. He gave me no more than 2 minutes of his time, acted as though I was putting him out of his way by coming in, and didn’t listen to any of my symptoms which resulted in me having to come in a second time because I had gotten more sick. Went for a non-emergency issue. The staff was very friendly and professional, the facilities are clean and spacious. I was in and out in 60 min. Talked with a nurse, met with the doc, and even had x-rays. Great experience.
