UCSF Laboratory at the Berkeley Cancer Center highly recommended. Dealing with health challenges is never easy, but the phlebotomy team here makes every visit significantly better. I used to love this place and recommended it to many new friends moving into town looking to establish care in a new community. From my experience with the front desk to the PCP to the blood test at LabCorps, I was consistently met with short, rude, and unprofessional exchanges. Came here for my first prenatal appointment after booking the appointment weeks ahead. My appointment got cancelled after I arrived because the provider does not see first time prenatal patients and the next appointment is week away. Worst part is i still got charged copay and could not get a refund.
