i was seen very quickly after checking in, i was treated respectfully and the techs were professional. I was in and out with all X-rays finished in well under an hour. There is ample validated parking on site.
My experience with John Muir/UCSF Health Berkeley has always been great. I rarely have much of a wait time and the staff is always pleasant, kind and empathetic of my needs. Everyone is positive and makes me feel welcome and comfortable.
