Dr Abe and staff were very professional and still have empathy in this modern age. We traveled for 2 days to see her after our local Cancer Center gave us the run around for 8 months!
0 accountability. They were supposed to send a CT scan order to the insurance and four days later after I keep getting worse I learned they never sent it. I pointed this out and nobody is taking responsibility or offering a solution let alone an apology. The people on the phone with the exception of imaging are total NPCs.
I was seen in 10mins upon arrival. Courteous medical receptionist, technician knowledge of his jo. Very clean environment and easy to find parking
Best PETscan expedience I’ve ever had. Technicians were friendly, helpful, caring and professional. IV placement was painless! I will definitely recommend UCSF to ALL.
