PRICE GOUGING! Will not be recommending or using this company. They came to fix a pipe bust in my garage last year for $1,400 with a "5 year guarantee". This past week, prior to the 1/21/2025 freeze, I called John Moore to fix the same pipe due to a leak, they came out 2 times, once on 1/19 and again on 1/20, at 5pm on 1/20 before the freeze was set to come in. On 1/20 they tell me that because the break is in a different area of the same pipe it is not covered under warranty and they will now charge $7,500.... yes SEVEN THO... read more
Fantastic work and people. Not the cheapest but certainly up to code and using best materials i. E. Copper for new electrical work. Everyone that came out was profesional and thorough.
