I have been going to John Mondello for a couple of years now. I used to go once a week, now I go every other week. His counselling style is -- well -- kind and gentle, but his goal is pro-active. He helps me learn to be kind & gentle with myself, and learn to disarm any "weapons" I have inadvertently turned against myself through the years, He helps me to grow as an individual; he helps me to be the best version of myself. I could not recommend him more highly.
John Mondello is the unusual combination of professional, yet caring, supportive, and nonjudgmental. His aim is not to make people dependent for an extended period of time. His approach is designed to truly help someone (well, for me, anyway!) to grow, develop, and heal.
I have been seeing Mr. Mondello for about a year now. He has helped me so much to deal with anxiety and depression. He is very professional, but supportive and nonjudgmental. His style is to help patients to heal and develop, not to have them reliant on his care.
