John Moffitt & Assoc appears to be one of those real estate firms much more interested in being paid a commission than respecting the wishes and desires of the seller regarding asking price and the like. They tried to use the court system to enforce their will and it appears to me, even went as far as attempting to alter the date on the sales contract. There are many good, ethical real estate brokers in the area.
