Always unable to schedule anything.
Dr. Andersen is an excellent doctor. It is clear that he is respected by his colleagues and staff. I am grateful for his compassion and genuine concern for his patients. He does not rush through appointments and always takes the time to listen. His nurses and staff are wonderful too!
I am very frustrated and disappointed with Dr. Andersen's schedule. It turns out he only sees patients on WEDNESDAYS and to make things worse, he is only available from 2:20 to 4:30 if you are a returning patient. Therefore, the soonest we can see him is 2 months from today!!! The option to see another provider is NOT allowed by their clinic! My daughter was born with a tracheoesophageal fistula and esophageal atresia. She had surgery by Dr. Black as a newborn to correct this. After being cared for by Dr. Renard, we were ref... read more
