Very rude. Hung up in my face before I could even address my issue through Teladoc.
I am tired of doctors who are supposed to sell CARE for a living but don't do their job. My husband, who is at high risk for severe COVID-19 as per CDC guidelines, consulted with this doctor through MDLive after testing positive for the virus. Given his risk factors, my husband, who still feels relatively well but is afraid of an escalation, expected and asked the doctor to prescribe Paxlovid, a medication known to help prevent severe illness in high-risk patients.
