Dr. Allen took great care of my husband. Diagnosed the problem quickly, scheduled surgery. He explained to us everything that he would be doing and what the recovery would be like we are so thankful that he corrected my husband’s issues.
Dr. Allen and his team are terrible. The first appointment they set for my vasectomy was not ever added to the schedule which completely ruined all rescheduling of our lives we did to be ready for it. They then told me they would mark the next appointment they set as "do not change", and today they called to push me out another month completely ruining the entire work we did to rearrange our lives a second time. They have no respect for their patients time or lives, and they deserve no one's business.
