After scheduling an oil change online more than a week in advanced i show up for a 9 am oil change and told it would be a 1.5 hour wait, not sure why they call it an appointment. Should be called a queue.

Awesome customer service for the last two years I’ve gone there. Blake Owens was very professional and listened carefully to everything I said with concern and courtesy. I highly recommend him and all of Megal. I will definitely buy my next Chevrolet truck from Megal Chevrolet !!
This is a great dealership. They didn't have the colour truck I was looking for and ended up finding one somewhere else... but if they had the right one I would have definitely bought it here.
