Unfortunately our experience was one of being lied to, and then being told it was just a misunderstanding... twice! Got an offer from **** ****** buys houses, signed the purchase agreement with them. We went through their 13 point purchase agreement on a group phone call, and I had a few questions answered about these points. One of them was the right to inspect. As of January 27 2022 John Medina Buys House's officially purchased my husband and I's home. After many months of deciding to go with a real estate agent or an investor we finally decided to go the easier route (and boy did they do just that!
