The lead counter Optician is wonderful and has been professional and helpful to me over the years. The person administering the preliminary testing was not friendly at all, spoke fast and was not clear. The Optometrist did not speak clearly. I felt my prescription changes have been so minimal that professionally you would advise to get new glasses only if I needed them … they were more interested in selling … the doctor and assistant/tester were not looking out for my best interests. It was all about the $.

I am a new contact wearer and was really apprehensive to try them but needed some relief from switching from readers to sunglasses that still make me impaired from one circumstance to the next.
